Brittney Phipps, FNP, is a family nurse practitioner with Evansville Primary Care who founded Elevate Evansville under the ownership of Dr. David Schultz. In addition to providing primary care, functional medicine, hormone replacement therapy, weight management, and advanced medical rejuvenation treatments such as Botox, filler, and skin rejuvenation, PRP and PRF injections, microneedling, she also manages and oversees the operations of Elevate Evansville.
